The competitive team fought through tough conditions yesterday at Regionals, and managed to race well despite the cold and mud. The men came in second and the women in fourth, securing spots at Nationals in two weeks.
Come to the Chipotle on Thayer TOMORROW, Monday, October 29th to support the Running Club! From 5-9pm Chipotle will donate 50% of the sales from all customers who mention the club. Brown Running Club’s Providence East Side Rail Tunnel Celebrity Tetanus Awareness Spooky Fun Run For The Cure
Join Brown Running Club at 7pm at the usual meeting spot for a run to a hidden trolley tunnel. The tunnel entrance is about 1 mile from campus and the tunnel itself is 1 mile long, so expect a 4 mile run. The tunnel will be dark af so bring a headlamp/flashlight/cellphone for max visibility. Also recommended to wear old sneakers and neon/reflective clothing!
This will replace our regularly scheduled 4:15 practice.
Movie Night Friday
Come to Young O 4 310 for a potluck and a movie screening this Friday at 7pm. It will be a chill night with lots of silliness and laughter.
Daylight Savings Run
Have you ever wanted to finish a race before you started? Now you can! This Sunday morning (Saturday night) at 1:45 am (the first time it happens), meet at the Nelson to run a 5k in negative time.
