**All runs start and end at the bear statue outside the Nelson Fitness Center. Come early to stretch and put your belongings in the locker rooms (in the Nelson basement)**
Mon 10/8–Fri 10/12: Regular club runs at 4:15 pm
Tue 10/9: Regular club run or workout (subscribe to our competitive team email list for details)
Fri 10/12: Fun Sock Friday! Wear your favorite funky socks! Team dinner at 7 (details below)
Sat 10/13: Regular club run at 10 am
Sun 10/14: Princeton Invitational OR regular club run at 10 am
Women’s 5k Recap
Running Club had a great time this morning running in a women only 5k to support the Ronald McDonald House of Providence!

Our last regular cross country meet before regionals will be next Sunday, October 14th, at Princeton, so if you want to race this season, be sure to sign up! We will be leaving campus at 6 am and returning around 7 pm. Sign up with this google form by Monday, October 8th at midnight. Email Julia (email@example.com) if you have any questions.
This Friday at 7 we’ll be having our second team dinner! It will be potluck style again, so bring food (getting a box from the Ratty is an option!), and will be in Young O 4. Let Caroline (firstname.lastname@example.org) know if you want to come!
Interested in running cross country, indoor/outdoor track, or road races this year? Fill out this google form so we can keep you updated on our workout and race schedule. Please fill out the form even if you’ve raced with us in prior seasons.
This is just a reminder that Strava is a really great app and way to connect with the team! It’s like a running social network. You can use it on your smartphone or connect it with your GPS watch and post your runs. Join the Brown Running Club Strava group and you’ll be able to see what running your teammates have been up to. We will repay you with kudos and follows 🙂
