This is just a reminder that Strava is a really great app and way to connect with the team! It’s like a running social network. You can use it on your smartphone or connect it with your GPS watch and post your runs. Join the Brown Running Club Strava group and you’ll be able to see what running your teammates have been up to. We will repay you with kudos and follows 🙂
This Sunday, October 7th, there is a women-only 5k starting and ending on Brown’s campus to benefit the Ronald McDonald House in Providence, a charity which provides support to the families of hospitalized children. The race starts at 10 am at Brown Stadium, so no travel is required, and from 8 to 12 there will be a women’s wellness fair at the stadium as well. Running Club will cover the cost of registration for everyone who has paid club dues. Sign up with this google form by this Tuesday, October 2nd at midnight.
