**All runs start and end at the bear statue outside the Nelson Fitness Center. Come early to stretch and put your belongings in the locker rooms (in the Nelson basement)**
Mon 9/24–Fri 9/28: Regular club runs at 4:15 pm
Tue 9/25: Regular club run or workout
Sat 9/29: Harvard Invitational OR regular club run at 10 am
Sun 9/30: Long run at 10 am
In the case of extreme weather, practice may be cancelled. Notification of practice cancellation will be posted in two places:
- On our Facebook page (Your Facebook account must be connected to your Brown.edu email address)
- On the front page of our website.
If practice is cancelled, please do not show up to the practice location/time. Running (outside) is inadvisable. Run at your own risk.
Interested in running cross country, indoor/outdoor track, or road races this year? Fill out this google form so we can keep you updated on our workout and race schedule. Please fill out the form even if you’ve raced with us in prior seasons.
On Sunday, October 7th (during the long weekend before Indigenous People’s Day), there is a women-only 5k starting and ending on Brown’s campus to benefit the Ronald McDonald House in Providence, a charity which provides support to the families of hospitalized children.
The race starts at 10 am at Brown Stadium, so no travel is required, and from 8 to 12 there will be a women’s wellness fair at the stadium as well.
Running Club will cover the cost of registration for everyone who has paid club dues. Sign up with this google form by October 2nd at midnight.
