This Week in Running Club
Sun 4/8: Long run, meet at Bear statue at 4:00pm, and our Chipotle Fundraiser 5:00 – 9:00pm!
Mon 4/9: Competitive team workout at Brown Stadium at 6pm, jog over at 5:45pm
Tues 4/10 – Fri 4/13: Regular club runs at 4:15pm
Sat 4/14: Competitive team workout at 10am
Sun 4/15: Long run at 10am
This Week’s Workouts
Monday: 1-2x [300-250-200-150-100]. Walk/jog the remainder of the lap between each rep. Start fast and get faster (They should all be full out sprints so bring spikes if you have them).
Saturday: Tempo run: 4-7 miles. If racing the Providence half/full marathon, this should be at 15 seconds slower per mile than your goal race pace. For shorter distance, run at tempo pace.
