Week Ahead in Running Club

Mon 2/5 – Fri 2/9: Regular club runs at 4:15pm
Tues 2/6: Competitive team tempo run at 4:15pm. Sprint team workout at 7:30pm in the OMAC lobby
Thurs 2/8: Regular club run at 4:15pm. Sunset run with Brown Feels Good Club. Meet at Faunce Arch at 5pm
Sat 2/10: Regular club run and competitive team workout at 10am
Sun 2/11: Long run at 10 am

Note about competitive team workout schedule — We’ll generally have two workouts a week this term, a tempo run type workout on Tuesday, and track intervals on Saturday. These will stick to the regular times as often as possible, but weather and availability of the OMAC track will cause the sessions (the Saturday intervals in particular) to be held at different times on occasion, so make sure to check running club emails each week for details!

Sunset Run

Join the Brown Feels Good (BFG) for a healthy sunset run this Thursday! For runners of all levels we will be leading a relaxed run; get refreshed, clear your head and watch the sunset by the river! Insomnia cookies will be provided at the end of the run. Meet at Faunce Arch at 5pm.

Indoor Track

We have two indoor meets coming up, please sign up for them as soon you are able to commit to going:

Sun Feb 18 — USATF New England Open Championships (Cambridge, MA)
Registration closes Feb 11.
Sat Feb 24 — Harvard NIRCA Invite (Cambridge, MA)
Registration closes Feb 16.

Outdoor Track

Due to lack of interest, we will not be attending the St. Johns Northeast Invitational on March 25th.
