Mon 1/29 – Fri 2/2: Regular club runs at 4:15pm
Tues 1/30: Sprint team workout, meet 7:30pm in the OMAC lobby.
Sat 2/3: Regular club run and competitive team workout at 10am
Sun 2/4: Long run or PVDonuts Fun Run at 10am


Training Plans

We’ve updated our website with weekly training guides for sprinters, middle, and long distance runners. These will help those interested in racing to structure their running and perform their best, while also giving people a sense ahead of time as to what the weekly organized workouts will be.

Sprinters

The sprint team will start meeting for practice this Tuesday at 7:30pm in the OMAC lobby.

Registration will be open for a few weeks, but please sign up as early as possible.

Outdoor Track

The NIRCA Northeast Invitational (Sunday, March 24th) at St. John’s University in Queens, NY is happening during first weekend of spring break. Please fill out this survey so we can see if there is sufficient interest in this meet to justify our attendance. That way, we can commit to offering the meet, allowing people to plan ahead for spring break travel.

D-d-doughnut Dash!

Each month, PVDonuts has a new selection of delectable doughnuts. This Sunday at 10 am, meeting at the Bear Statue in front of the Nelson, Fun Run leaders Sarah and Rachel will lead a short 3 mile run that ends at PVDonuts. Come with a bit of money and a hungry stomach – you do-nut want to miss out on this!
